Has anyone done Bufo at home, DIY?

I'm curious whether others have done it at home, or DIY, with success? It seems like you could, if you're experienced with psychedelics... I do Ayahuasca, but I do that with experienced guides. LSD, shrooms, San Pedro, psylahuasca, and other psychedelics, I do fine alone.
I just saw I can buy the bufo extract in resin form from a reputable company, made me curious about doing it myself.
