I wholeheartedly agree with all of that.
He's a great character, and at the end of the day, Buffy and Willow adored him.
I wasn't kidding, though. Xander was Buffy's right hand. If the haters are against Xander, they're against Buffy. Therfore, they wanted The First to triumph.
Nah.
You saved the lives of Willow, Giles, Cordelia and Buffy multiple times.
You saved the world and had the excruciating pain of having an eye squished.
Buffy attributed you as being her strength and the reason she was able to beat everything she beat.
You are a legend.
The people who roast you hated Buffy and wanted The First to win.
Agreed.
Let them have their fun.
I suspect all this Xander bashing will turn the soft Xander haters around and they'll start liking him.
These Xander haters probably cheered on every big bad on the show.
