I don't get it. I really don't. Every single dispensary I work at has very strict rules about what music that restrict what you play to "curated" playlists that usually suck. One dispensary I worked for only allowed a single 4 hour playlist that would repeat all day. Why? What's the point of subjecting your budtenders to that kind of crap all day? Playing good music makes a ton of difference. Giving budtenders the ability to play what they want only helps increase morale and puts a lot of customers at ease. Everyone that shops for cannabis in my state has to be over 21 so I don't understand why we have to coddle their little ears. I do agree that we don't need a bunch of NSFW songs playing in the store but there has to be a better option than how most stores do it.
