I feel like there is a growing Anti-Tipping sentiment in the US. What do you feel about that?

It's no mystery that budtending is a specialized position that doesn't receive the compensation it should. That being said, tipping really helps my budtenders ends meet. Now, it's true that the industry as a whole should change to provide a more livable wage. But should tips be something that's looked down on in this industry? I've been in this industry for over eight years now and only this year have I been able to make tips. And let me tell you, it's great. What say you?
