me and my partner have £15 a week for food, drink etc.
We have cut out every luxury from our lives to scrounge up about £15 a week. we buy multiple bottles of squash each week because the water in our place tastes like the ocean and metallic ,and makes us feel ill if not lightly flavoured.
we can't eat baked beans because it makes us ill .
So we eat basically nothing, but rice , pasta and bell peppers. With occasional meat if its reduced to clear.
We have very little fridge space and the closest shop sells veg for around £2 each. Until a month ago we've given ourselves the luxury of buying fresh fish from the boats but can't afford it anymore.
We want some variety in our food without spending too much of our tiny budget. Any recipes or recommendations would be great :)
