Can you survive on meal replacement shakes, multivitamin supplements and beans and rice with some occasional veggies and meat when it fits the budget? Two meals a day would be meal replacement shakes, but I need some solid food too, so beans and rice with a bit of meat and veggies maybe once week :)

I have a link of all the vitamins I'm taking, but my choices to do this are personal reasons, and I know supplements are not replacements. Just wondering if it can be done, and recommendations. New to this subreddit. 😁
