Hi everyone, I'm new here! I need some budget/financial advice. I started a new job at Amazon last Sunday, pay is 15/hour weekly (used to be bi weekly but amazon made changes) and full time. I budget better when I'm being paid biweekly instead of weekly. I have no kids and only two cats to care for. My situation is my household consists of my bf, sister and my niece. Niece is still looking for work and bf does door dash and looking for ft work.
Getting paid weekly leaves me broke and hardly anything to spend on me. Right now, I have financial goals to pay off some debt small up to a kinda large debt.
My goal is to get myself back on track and rebuild my account to what I used to have pre covid, 20k if not more. I have a long term goal to move to Canada in 5 years plus some other goals too. I do have on which dates my bills get paid, sometimes I'm still moving the date to make sure I have enough to pay a bill.
Idk, how do you budget on weekly pay? Our rent is 1500 or so monthly, I collect the monies from everyone to pay it. Any advice?
