Bună tutoror!
I hope it's ok to ask this question here, but I'll be visiting Bucharest for a month later this year, and I found a good airbnb in Sector 6 close to the Lujerului metro station, I wonder if anybody knows if this area is a safe/nice place to stay? I'm a male in my early 30s if that helps and i don't really care about being right in the center of the city, just looking for a decent place to use as a base and get to know the city and get away from home and my roommates for a while lol.
Also does anybody know of some language school that offers intensive courses for a month or so? I've been learning Romanian on and off for like 2 years and I'd say I'm around the A2 level, so I'm hoping to keep studying before my trip and take some intensive classes in Bucharest and maybe reach B1.
And last, I'll be visiting around August, are there any interesting events going on around that time or maybe some cool places you think I should visit besides the more touristic places that people usually go to. After Bucharest I plan to visit Brașov and maybe Timișoara, any other cities you recommend, maybe for 2-3 days visit for each one. After leaving Romanian I plan to visit other EU countries, so do they ask for a return ticket at the airport when arriving in Bucharest, I'm only planning to get a 1 way ticket since I don't know the exact date when I'll be back home.
Mulțumesc frumos pentru ajutor!
