• What kind of technical information would YOU or YOUR business need to make the necessary preparations?

You may assume the following will be provided already (I want to find out what's missing) :

1. technical specification (a multi-page document covering)
   1. the precise activation conditions
   2. the new consensus rules once the fork happens
   3. replay protection
   4. any significant algorithm changes/additions in the form of pseudo / C code
2. a 1-page overview / comparison of the technicals of the new chain as they relate to current Bitcoin rules
3. links to client implementations (they may still be in development)

What more is needed on the technical front?
