landlord doesn't allow me to put my bike on the hallway but puts her own bike there?

hello, i made a previous post about landlord not allowing me to put my bike at the entrance hall. her excuses were that the entrance hallway wasn't a storage space and that everyone could put their bikes there if she allowed me for which there wasn't enough space. but now she put a half dead bike into the hallway, in addition a bunch of garbage and random stuff like luggages. what is going on? i don't know what to do in this situation, this is outright unfair!
