To buy apartments: no cellar no parking

Hello, fingers crossed but I am a single person looking to buy an apartment in Brussels. So far I find 1BR 60m2 apt with no cellar and/ or no parking. So I am asking anyone who has purchased apartment if these conditions are deal breaker. Also, what do you think of terrace? For me, if I live near a park that would be the kind of substitute of terrace. But yeah, any advice will be appreciated :D
