I am an eu citizen (italian) who will relocate to Belgium for work with a CDI.
I already rented a place starting from 2nd January 2024 and I have a work contract starting on 8th January.
However, I am aware I need to register my domicile in belgium (in my case st-gilles) and correct me if i am wrong, but from my past experiences relocating to other countries this is important because I need the domicile to open a bank account in belgium and at the same time for the insurance and maybe my employer will also ask for the certification of registration of domicile (i am not sure about this last step or if they just need my address).
Unfortunately, first date available (that I booked) is 16st January 2024, how can I solve this situation? Do you think it's a big of a problem?
