so, i'm looking to either recruit you into my band, or for me to be recruited into your band!

or - as i'm new in town - i'm up for finding someone i can tag along with to gigs (i'm seeing arab strap later this month...)

i've been making music (as pelydron) for a couple of years, but i haven't managed to gig in brum - yet...! the main thing that's stopping me is the fact that i haven't got a band to play with!

i guess i could perform alone, but i'd prefer to be making noise with other people, yunno?

genre-wise, the kinda music i make is post-rock, but there's a bit of 80s jangle and shoegaze in the mix, too

i could either play the bass or the guitar lines, so i'd need someone to play bass while i play guitar, or to play guitar while i play bass. none of the parts are difficult, so - no virtuosos required!

all the beats could come from a laptop, but a live drummer would be good!

in the past, i've been in a noisy surf-punk band, a punky indiepop band, and an arty post-punk band (always as a bassist / singer)
