Which is better to get, the Platinum or Ultimate DVDs

Planning to get the films on DVD cos I can't afford the 4k set yet haha, but aside from Enter The Dragon which has a clear best version I'm unable to find a source online comparing the Platinum and Ultimate editions. Anyone who has had them could you offer some advice?
