QQ browser interface language in English

Heyo !
So i downloaded QQ browser (yes feel free to shoot me...) On windows. Now on Mac you can download it directly in English but the windows version comes per default with the Chinese language.... And my chinese language skills are non-existant...
I was wondering if someone could help me set the user interface to English somehow (I.e make the UI in English) if possible. Thank you for your time.
