I caught these two individuals trying to still this old ladies dogs that she tied up on the post as she went inside the pharmacy to get her medication for the month. I confronted them about it. They said that the dogs look familiar. When I politely told them that that was the old ladies dogs that went inside the pharmacy, the creep in the blue scrubs proceeded to pull out pepper spray as I was threatening him. I kindly went inside the pharmacy to alert the old lady that these two horrible creeps were trying to steal her dog’s. The owner from the bakery came outside and said that he saw that lady few days back doing the same thing to a teenager girl and her dog. he said I quote “ these two people come around the neighborhood every day looking for dogs that chained up to the pole so they can steal”, the bakery owner told me. The elderly lady took her dogs off the pole and that’s when I started recording them to let them know this crime won’t go unpunished. Please please please!!!, if you see these two in your neighborhood, be aware because they are thieving creeps that deserve to get locked up. luckily I was there to stop them from the heinous crime that they was committing. These two creeps mostly be around Arthur Avenue 187. The bakery owner told me that he seen these two people committing the same crime in little Italy. so please once again the community when you see these two creeps be aware that they are thieves and protect your loving pets around them.
