Put yourself out there. Find somewhere you enjoy being, a coffee shop, a bar, a dog park. Go consistently at the same time and days. Eventually you will get an organic comfort with people.
Casually mention you’ll be going to an event or doing an activity. Mention how it’s already planned and you will be going regardless, that way it’s a no pressure invite.
