I can't tell if today's weather is incredibly localised to England, or if the Scottish just count this as "normal" levels of wind.
Post Body

The only responses I have seen from anyone North of the border so far have been along the lines of "I keep hearing about crazy weather, am I missing something?". The news always reliably informs me that whatever weather England has, Scotland has it worse, so I'm starting to wonder whether there's a collective snigger occurring up there, aimed at England's inability to handle any adverse weather.
