Being constantly harrassed by LinkedIn recruiters who claim to be 'impressed' or 'intrigued' by your experience, despite you being able to know they haven't even looked at your profile.
Post Body

I get this on average about 3-4 times every single weekday at this point. They've always 'been looking at' my profile and claim to be 'impressed' or 'intrigued' by my skills and experience. Have they forgotten that the app tells me when people have looked at me, and that they clearly ain't on that list!?

So transparent.

My favourites are the ones that get angry/annoyed at you when you leave their totally unsolicited messages on 'read'.

Comments

Yes, I work in public sector so a recruiter would be able to easily check what pay grade I'm on, yet all of the offers I get through linkedin are well below what I earn and below my specialist qualifications and experience (entry level positions when I have passed two levels of trade certificates and have 4 years' experience in finance). When I tell them it's below what I'm on right now they never reply :D
