Hi,
To sum up, I am a STEM graduate currently working in a chemist based role. Which is fine but I don't really have much interest in it at this point. Respectable role and pays alright. But, not something I can see myself doing 5 years later.
A more supportive or technical military role has always intrigued me. The structure, order and purpose of that kind of role and career apeals to me but maybe i have a false perception here.
It is something i was considering making a change to in the next several years, say instead of a fresh 18yr old joining I'd be a 28yr old joining. I was mainly wondering if my mid to late 20s was too old to apply and commit to something like that.
I am not the fittest person but I'm in ok shape and improving alll the time. A lot better than last year.
