Runners knee and joining that army
Post Body

Edit title: joining the army

Not sure what l've done but my patella (kneecap) is so achy - I'm limping on it and have wrapped it in bandage.

The sensible thing would be to go to a Dr/physio but l've heard it usually goes away if you do strength training exercises/rest it?

Has anyone else had this issue? I am Worried that if I go on the record with it l'll be medically discharged. I have passed my medical but deferred in the meantime.

Normally don't have an issue whilst running and do at least a 5k/10k in every week, so maybe exerted a lot of pressure on itπŸ™ thanks
