Cycling - Near the veliway, southside - looking for casual cycling friends (not keen road bikers or super fit people)

Hey, I'm Steve 43/m looking for a cycling buddy or two that live near the veliway on the southside
Just casual/average cyclers, not full on lycra clad road bikers.
Friendly companionship/a bit of motivation to get back out on the bike even though it's cold. (used to cycle into the city a lot for work, but become very deconditioned over the past year, and need to get back into things. But I am exceptional at not doing it when left to my own devices :P
