Workplace lawyers and fairwork experts can I get your advice?
Post Body

My partner is a Full-time childcare worker on who works a 9 day fortnight with an RDO every second week.

Her RDO is a Thursday and with the Good Friday public holiday coming up next week her employer is trying to use the public holiday as her RDO. From past experiences I was under the impression that if your RDO falls on a public holiday you are owed a day in lieu? please correct me if I'm wrong.

I didn't think they could just "substitute" her RDO for a public holiday like that, surely that's a bit dodgy right?

thanks in advance!
