I bought a 12 volt camping fridge/freezer from BBQ's galore. Product dies - as part of their warranty, I need to source and forward them a quote to repair. Personally I think it is crazy and very poor customer service, but, that's where I am with this warranty claim. Product is just over 12 months old so def covered under Australian consumer laws.

The only places I can find to offer a quote are call-out services and the cost for a quote is over $100.

Does anyone know somewhere (pref close to West End), that I can take the fridge to for a quote?

Or alternatively, does anyone here know someone working with BBQs Galore, who could have a chat with them and tell them that's not how warranty is supposed to work?
