Hyundai car servicing Brisbane
Post Body

Hey all, I'm really struggling to get Hyundai to service my car. Seems all their dealerships are individually operated and the Hyundai badging means nothing when it comes to a network that can help.

Is anyone else having issues with Hyundai? Is Toyota any better? How are other car brands?

Basically, Aspley Hyundai had a fire. None of the other ones including Windsor (the worst) would help take bookings. They all seem to use their service garage for non Hyundai cars (MGs Renault's etc) so it's a 2 month wait for a basic service or a minor fix to a part.

The service centres seem to be run poorly with very simple parts and jobs being a lot of effort for them to organise. I've had a booking for 6 weeks and the guy rings me today saying they are unsure of they can get a simple part for a job on Thursday. 6 weeks to organise!!!

Their staff seem to be clueless. And they seem to rig their cars so that the likes of Ultratune can't get the computer codes required. Seems like Hyundai Australia have no control of their franchisees.

Just wanted to validate whether others have had issues because I'm on the verge of giving up on Hyundai as a trusted company, the seem to have lost their way.
