Looking for support friends for emotional needs and social anxiety

Hello, I lost my Mum expectedly two months ago and I’m struggling with the grief by myself and it’s eating me up. I’m 37, male and living on Southside and in desperate need of some friends in my life to break up the social isolation that comes with bad mental health. I’ve tried before to post on r/BrisbaneSocial but it’s generally met with a lack of genuine care. Also having a lack of work and too much time on my hands is making things worse.
