Legalities around parking caravans on the road ?
Post Body

A general question. We had new neighbours move in next door in early January. Until then the owners had always lived in the property but they are now in a nursing home and their son has rented the family home out after doing some basic upgrades.

The issue is, the tenants have had their caravan parked on the road since they moved in. It hasn’t been moved at all. One of their vehicles is also parked across their driveway. It’s not the end of the world, but it does restrict our view of the street when reversing out of our driveway.

So what’s the general consensus around leaving vans parked on the road, is it legal or just a PITA ? We’re based in the Redlands of that helps. Thanks !
