Suddenly towards the end of my work day I start getting a fever and I had nausea as well. I thought it was something I ate but I'm now pretty sure it's mastitis. Anyone else had nausea with mastitis? By the time I got home my fever was 105.6. Took some drugs and now it went down. My head is still pounding and I can't sleep. The worst culprit is the nausea. It's the kind I suffered with in my first trimester amd never wanted to gp through again. The only way to feel better is to lay on my stomach but that will make the mastitis worse. It's a catch 22. I am sitting on the couch now feeling like I am going to throw up and not really knowing what to do to find some relief. In the morning I am going to try to get seen by a doctor OB or PCP but until then I'm stuck with not enough relief to be able to sleep. Tomorrow I was supposed to be home with LO but now I can't even walk in a straight line.
