How do you know how much to pump

I will be returning to work when my baby is 9 weeks old and trying to figure out the whole pumping thing is blowing my mind. I don't know why it is so hard for me to figure out. Anyway how do you know how much milk to pump out.? How do you know how much milk your baby drinks at ea h feeding? I just feed on demand at home so I don't know that I will be pumping enough for my baby while I am away. Help please!
