Uh oh…he learned he can ask for it
Post Body

Bubs has learned that he can pull on my shirt, lunge toward my chest with an open mouth, and make an “ah, ah, ah” sounds when he wants the milkies. Problem is, he seems to be asking for it every hour. He’s 7 months old and we’re already doing 8 feedings a day (every 2 hours during the day and one MOTN) and I am hoping to eventually decrease that to 6 fuller feedings each day as we increase the solids (for my own sanity). He just doesn’t seem to take very much milk at a time. Any tips? Now that he can ask for it, i’m now paranoid about depriving him if he’s hungry/thirsty… I would want a sip of water more than every 3 hours too! (ETA: he’s gaining weight well, no signs he’s not eating enough. Just mom guilt).
