How much weight did you lose the first month PP?

FTM hoping others can relate and share their own experiences. I gained 36 pounds this pregnancy and have lost 24 pounds at 3 weeks PP. I still don't feel like myself and feel like most of that weight came off in the first week. I’m trying to eat healthy and lose weight while breastfeeding, but it’s so hard because I’m hungry all day! What have been your experiences? For moms with multiples does it get easier or harder to lose weight with each pregnancy?
