Hi everyone, I am alone with my 2 kids (4&8) while doing Kadcyla (2nd dose last week). I feel bad for having missed so much during the school year (started chemo last Nov, surgery 2 mths ago), trying to do summer as usual but I am utterly exhausted. They've been with me for 3 weeks but I'm about to just let them watch tv all day. We live in a big city and it's horribly hot. We've had visitors, hung out with friends, etc but I have 8 days left before they go back to their dad's and I'm just not sure how we'll all make it out in one piece. I would take them somewhere in the countryside to run around all day but too broke.

I guess this is half rant/half looking for advice. How do you deal with these situations?
