Hi friends - I know this is a somewhat off-topic question, but I’m scheduled for DMX on 7/1, hopefully DTI. In anticipation of surgery and not being able to meal prep and cook like normal, does anyone have a go-to meal that freezes and reheats easily? Thanks for any suggestions you have!

I had a friend send me a gift card to Factor Meals while I was recovering from my DMX. Those were great! Delicious, quick, pre made meals delivered to you frozen. I had another friend set up a Meal Train and we ended up with more food than we could eat/fit in our freezer 😅
