28F here. I just got diagnosed with IDC TNBC last week. It feels weird to even be here but it doesnt even feel real. It feels fake to me almost. I think i’m in denial lol.
**edit: diagnosed * i cant spell today lol
It’s a huge “WTF” moment to be diagnosed so young. I (30F) was recently diagnosed with ILC last month and was told last week that I’m likely still in shock. It’s so helpful to journal, start talk therapy, and join support groups. A lot of people won’t know what to say to you, so being a part of a group that knows how you’re feeling is so validating (posting here is a great first step!!). My therapist is great at reminding me that we, as humans, are often way more resilient than we think, and have the potential to be stronger than we ever could’ve believed going through some serious trauma like this. Wishing you all the best on this shitty journey 💜 Edit for spelling!

It’s SO much information, all at once. For me, it was helpful to research as much as I could to take some of the mystery away…but make sure your sources are reliable & don’t get too carried away lol. Some great advice I got from this sub was to record/take notes/bring a second pair of ears to appointments!
