And I officially passed an acceptable weight for myself. In 2 months I put on 25 lbs. I feel disgusting. I feel hopeless. It makes me not want to eat, ever.
10 years here keto, so yes it is sustainable. What isn’t sustainable is the obesity in todays culture and how it’s promoted and how we are only living until we are 60 in todays time and not living to see our grand children. By the way the weight you are talking about re gaining when eating carbs is just water being put back into the cells because eating carbs causes glycogen to go to your muscles. It’s not a fat gaining response but a water gaining response. Carbs make me bloat, and make my face and whole body puffy. After the initial whoosh you will continue to lose fat. Just restore with extra electrolytes and water. 😍
Go keto you can lose that within three weeks!
