I swear to god, medical sites need to get their shit together, nobody has a consistent listing of symptoms for cold vs. flu so I'm asking you ladies.

Kiddo is 4, daycare & school so super exposed. He has been congested for a few days but he always is congested. Has had a cough yesterday and today. He's nonverbal so trying to get him to communicate any pain/discomfort is hard, just have to take cues which are him being snuggly which he has been. The biggest indication is that he's had a fever off and on since yesterday that keeps peaking at 102ish.

What do you guys think? I've never actually dealt with flu before, not even for myself. If he has a fever tomorrow I'm definitely taking him to the doctor as it will be day 3 of fever by that point.
