But not to get pregnant. My husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago. I’ve been on the pill to control my heavy periods but went off it to see if it will help my skin and help me lose weight.

That being said, it’s giving me terrible anxiety! I absolutely do NOT want to ever be pregnant again. The vasectomy and the pill gave me a lot of confidence. I am tracking my periods to make sure we avoid sex doing ovulation.

While looking at my tracker it said, “you would likely deliver in March 2020 if you got pregnant during this cycle” and I almost had a panic attack.
