I'm watching my ex's girlfriend's kids (7f/4m) overnight so they can get out for a change since she has them 24/7/365 with no family help. I'm an obvious choice here since the kids just ADORE me for some reason, and my son, who lives with his dad and them half the time, is a nice consistent presence since they aren't really used to overnighters with other people.

You guys. You guys. This is rough. I've prepped what feels like 100 snacks, assisted in what feels like 100 crafts, cleaned up what feels like 100 messes, and listened to what feels like 100 episodes of Paw Patrol. There is Lego and markers and shit everywhere. It's been several years since I've had to wipe an ass but I had to do that today. Also I don't think I've had 5 minutes straight today without someone saying my name asking me for something.

I dunno why I'm posting except to say kudos and respect to any mom with multiple kids because holy shit this is insane. And tomorrow, instead of letting my 9 year old munch on cereal and play video games til I drag my ass out of bed at 10:30, I'm probably going to be up playing referree at 7 AM. How anyone can handle this shit 2 days in a row, I have no idea, but you are a goddess and a hero in my eyes.
