Yea so I couldn't get my daughter a Halloween costume. I gave my sister the money to get one originally because she would be in the area of the store with the costume I wanted. She ended up giving some of the other money I had given her(to hold on to for me for safe keeping so I wouldn't spend it) to my mom for my mom to get my daughter diapers. My mom bought the most expensive and smallest pack, even though I had budgeted perfectly for enough diapers to last the month and getting the costume. So I got my money back from my sister and then yesterday I had to spend it on something. So now I have no money and no costume. So no go on doing Halloween this year I guess. Oh and since I kept missing my welfare renewal appointment it couldn't be rescheduled until November, so I most likely won't get any money until December. My mom said she would take me and then refused to get up, and will throw a fit if my dad drives her car. Can I just skip Thanksgiving and Christmas this year too? I really hate holidays.
