I’m a first time watcher and sadly I’ve spoiled some things for later in the series. However, how can people seriously like Walter? He’s a great character writing and acting wise, but he’s so abusive to Jesse, especially this season so far (I’m on episode 7).

I’m not a huge fan of Jesse either since he screws up quite a bit, but I slowly started to like him. Starting from when he took the blame for his brother’s weed and when he got in that robbing situation with the “skank” and her hubby, and called the police to save the child. I’m getting a small soft spot for him, I guess, even though he used to annoy me a lot.

But seriously, how can anyone defend Walt at this point? Yes, he started doing this for the money for cancer treatments but it’s already started to spiral into more than that.
