New to the series and I noticed something

Sorry if this is a repost, I expect you guys to have noticed it too.
In the first season when Walt and Jesse are dealing with Tuco. When Tuco beats No Doze to death we see him in a Cadillac. Then Jesse tells Walt "He's been driving around my block in that Cadillac thing." However, when Walter grabs the paper outside his house, its a GMC that backs up and leaves. So, was that a prouction slip up or just a henchman if you will(given we only ever saw the Doorman, No Doze, and Gonzo)
