Hi all,

Had a KDL55W800B for a good 6 years now and have had no issues with casting youtube via the inbuilt app. About a week ago, I noticed that the TV is no longer discovered when attempting to cast. The TV is currently connected via LAN cable and I have tried the following with no success although it connected fine using the link code:

1) Software update done - no change

2) Connected to Wifi and Wired - no change

3) Reset youtube app - no change

My last resort would be a factory reset which I dont really want to do. Im assuming it might be a problem with the youtube app since the casting was working fine for years. Any thoughts on what I can do to get it back?
