BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8 does not connect to wifi from the app.

A few weeks ago I bought a BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8 and managed to connect it to the wifi from the app, but one day I noticed that it lost the connection and when I looked at the app, the sound bar disappeared. Now when I try to reconnect it, I get an error when I have to connect it to the wifi saying that it failed to connect. I have tried changing the SSID, the 2.4ghz and 5ghz, creating its own SSID, etc. and nothing. Am I missing something?

Nice I just ordered a Bravia 8 65 inch for my new living room coming from a 43 Bravia 3 from 2015 can’t wait to feel the upgrade and see if the soundbar is a must since it’s a small livingroom
