Using bows for the Ninja job.

I just finished the fight with the ninja and got her asterisk. Im going to give the job to Tiz (who is a level twelve thief) since I thought using ninjitsu and thievery would make a great combination. As the thief bows wrecked every enemies shit and with the lore bow support ability I felt I could do the same with a ninja. Problem is, it lowers the evasion by 50. I just bought the Angel bow which is amazing, but should I trade in evasion for attack power?
