Finally got access to the last bits of Summoner Data. Unlike the rest of the summoner data, this can be viewed in the public datamine in items.json; just search the spheres by name.

That said, I'll be writing all the relevant data below. I'm only typing up the current top tier of crafted spheres in global and JP - the datamine should have their previous forms by name if you want to search for them.

I get the feeling Holy Beacon and 陽幻刃ルーグフレア will be combined into one sphere later, same way Worship Charm was made.
