From what I can tell, Adriesta, Gabriella, and Azurai do not appear as noise pulls from any gate. I searched through every summon megathread after the anniversary omni-only gate, and nobody reported pulling any of these. This includes the Galtier gate, the Zero gate, all JP batch gates, and the FFBE gates. It even includes the current Wulf gate.
In short, do not expect to get any GE RS units as noise pulls. If they aren't listed explicitly in a rate up or as being featured, assume they aren't there.
I would like to be proven otherwise, but the data suggests this to be true. It explains why those of us who thought we could pass on Gabby in her initial release and get her as noise later are mostly proven wrong.
Also, it means that in a 'themed units daily summon' like the one currently, focus on days when these are available if you want them, and the rest might appear as noise anyway. Also, it is another reason why the omni-only anniversary gate was so amazing -- it had azurai in the pool....
Basically, when it says "units from alpha's batch onwards" it really means "JP Units from alpha's batch onwards". It seems to apply to units like Nyami and friends too, who are 'after' Alphas batch but don't show up.
EDIT: Ok so some evidence that this is not 'any gate' but instead 'most gates'
The elemental gates (e.g. fire gate for Azurai) might be an exception. The 'themed unit' gates that rotatate the featured units every day might contain all other featured units in other days (e.g. if Gabby is listed in day 2 of one of these, maybe you can get her as noise in day 3).
On that last point, we should be able to collect some data in a megathread to see. We can not ever prove that the drop rate is zero, there is always a chance it is instead very tiny, but that is basically the same thing from our percpective -- if there are 100 units in a gate and one of them has a 0.001% chance, it might as well be zero.
