Thanks to /u/MaXimus_Altissimus for noticing this and asking me what's up.

This barrier ~~will never actually absorb any damage at the moment~~ has been fixed as of an hour ago. Most current barriers have 100% damage absorption.

Should hopefully be a simple fix, just have to wait for Gumi to notice.
