A couple notes on Vanila and Lico

Datamine bot is finally active again, so I went through the data to make sure these girls work as described.

There's no issues with Cayena, Serin, Bayley and Fennia. As for the others:

Vanila: Doesn't appear to be able to cause Curse or Poison (same as her previous evolutions). Just a little inconsistent with her description. Honestly her infliction rate isn't high enough for me to care if this gets changed.

Lico: Her self ATK buff isn't the stacking type introduced for units such as Farlon, Logan and Oguro. It's spawned by effect ID 5 (regular stat buffs) instead of effect ID 78 (self-buffs). This does, of course, heavily reduce her effectiveness from what people thought on release, as it means you can't stack another ATK buff on her.


As a side note, they all manage to have fairly bad sparking patterns - Serin's spark blanket is actually off-timing with other spark blankets, hitting every 2nd frame instead of every 3rd frame. That makes it an extremely fast spark blanket, especially combined with her non-moving nature. Units that spark perfectly on this pattern are very rare, but it does have the advantage of being very likely to spark with any unit some amount of times.

The other maidens are as follows:

Cayena's animation is slow (5 frame timing) for the first 7 hits. The last 9 hits sync up with Serin perfectly.
Bayley's animation is unstable and divided into 4 sets of hits (3, 3, 3, 1)
Fennia's animation is really slow, but otherwise similar to Bayley's.
Vanila's animation is pretty random for the first 9 hits, the remaining 11 sync up perfectly with Serin.
Lico's animation sync up perfectly with Serin's. You'd either 100% spark Lico against Serin's SBB, or not spark her at all.


The stuff about the animations isn't truly important and Gumi don't need to do anything about it, but if you're going to use them for some reason, it's something to think about. Asides from Fennia these girls all manage to have decent animation speeds as far as we can see. The datamine doesn't fully time the animations of units that use .sam animations, which are used for some global exclusives, but their hit timings seem to be on par with the 5* forms' total animation time.

Some data noticed in the latest update:

  • Sirius and Mifune OE
    • Text translation not finished
  • A bunch of Elgifs that drop exclusively from level 10 Elgif dungeon (e.g. 25% all stats for [type/element/gender] units)
  • SMT collab units
    • Text translation not finished
    • Don't take this as confirmation we'll get them. Global has a bunch of collab units in data that might never be released.
  • JP versions of Kaito and Meiko
    • ???
    • Probably nothing important
