Turns out every mitigation effect adds additively on EU.

So with Magena LS SBB, Cardes Friend, Skalmold heart and mitigation you get : 15 10 20 10 50 = 100% against dark/fire element.

Soul Rejection - 13 combo Dark attack on all foes that deals 110% of unit HP.

Elimo had Skalmold heart and she took 13 damage, 1 damage per hit. 100% mitigation.

Other funny combo is double Cardes LS/Friend Magena SBB Mitigation. 20 20 10 50 = 100% against light/dark element.
