I've never seen anyone posting about this before, and it's not in the FAQ, but every person has a unique account key. Alim considers this proof that you own an account and will help you retrieve your account in the event that anything happens- ie. you lose your phone, you forgot to set a password or your password expired, etc. etc. You aren't suppose to share this key (someone else could claim they own your account)

Open the Game, at the Splash Screen
Top Left "Info" Button
Second button from the top.
Scroll Down, there will be a random string of letters and numbers. Case-Sensitive.
Keep a screenshot for safe keeping. (And yes, you can email Alim in English, it just may take them longer to reply)
